Technically those born in Northern Ireland have the right to declare themselves either British or Irish citizens (or both) and people there are fully entitled to Irish passport and nationality. Like it or not.

@MissBlossom02 You could say: “I want to visit London, Greater London, England, Great Britain, United Kingdom, British Isles (a.k.a “Britain and Ireland” because “British Isles” is a politically incorrect term as Ireland is not British), European Union, Europe, Eurasia, Afro-Eurasia, Earth”! :D

You should probably meantion that people in Northern Ireland can chose their citizenship. They can chose to be Irish or British or BOTH! o/
For example, I was born in Northern Ireland, my parents also, and theirs yet we all have Irish citezeship and Irish passports.

@callum1131 It’s unfortunately not only the americans..I live in Denmark(25%scottish(:D) and 75 Danish) and here they often say the “English Primeminister” or “The English Queen”….And sometimes they even say “The English Ilands”….Everytime they say such things I burry my head in my palms…:I

  14. callum1131 says:

Finally someone to tell all those moronic americans the difference between england and great britain. Thank You…..even if you are american yourself lol

  15. ghostrid3 says:

Here I thought there was only a difference calling someone British and English and what do they prefer

  16. TheVixaz says:

@aubs400 No, I’m a realist. It’s no doubt that if the immigrantion to Europe keeps countinue in this rate, Islam will take over in the end. Extreme muslims are here to mate, open your eyes and don’t be so naive!

And oh; before you are gonna start whining about how “racist” I am, let me just say that it’s not racist to say something about immigration! I have nothing against muslims and other immigrants! Only rude and extreme immigrants are shit, and can get the hell out of Europe!

@Ryzer13 Argentina have never once accepted British rule, never had them in the first place and were defeated in the war.

@Enderwiggan1 You do know that is a common myth, my fiancée is an archaeologist and has worked in Ireland and found Roman artefacts. And your understanding of the British Isles is just embarrassing.
